The TRC Facilitator for the group is assigned the role of the Lead DeTECHtive. Your role is to function as the team leader, to monitor team progress, encourage member participation, and report the team’s findings.
The DeTECHtive should begin by assigning each teacher (or grant team member) to a Special Agent assignment. (If you have additional team members present, they can work with a Special Agent or with the DeTECHtive.)
When the Special Agents have completed the assignments, they should report back to the DeTECHtive with their identification of the perpetrator(s). As a TRC Team, come to a consensus on the perpetrator(s). As you prepare your report, be sure to include:
